Nexpro Junior Sachet 1gm (Esomeprazole) is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It reduces stomach acid production by blocking the action of the enzyme H+/K+ ATPase in the parietal cells of the stomach lining.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Protect from light. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Esomeprazole is typically taken once daily, usually in the morning, before food.

Do not crush, chew, or break the capsules or tablets. Swallow them whole with a glass of water.
