Diclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Relief of localized musculoskeletal pain such as sprains, strains, bruises, and arthritis pain.

Treatment of back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain.

Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, key mediators of inflammation and pain. Methyl salicylate and menthol act as counterirritants, creating a sensation that distracts from the underlying pain and may also enhance the absorption of diclofenac through the skin.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Protect from freezing.

Apply a thin layer of the cream or gel to the affected area and gently rub in.

Repeat application 2-3 times daily as needed, or as directed by a doctor.

Do not apply to broken skin, open wounds or mucous membranes.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal problems with NSAIDs.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Generally, this topical formulation does not impair alertness or coordination; however, be cautious if experiencing dizziness or drowsiness from other medications.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult a doctor before using during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Topical application may pose a lower risk compared to oral NSAIDs.



Children

Consult a doctor before using in children. The safety and efficacy in children may not be fully established.



Kidney

Individuals with kidney problems should consult their physician before using, as NSAIDs can potentially affect kidney function.
