Neocuron Inj 2ml (Pancuronium) is a non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent. It competes with acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, preventing muscle contraction. This results in skeletal muscle paralysis.

Store at controlled room temperature (20-25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.

Dosage is individualized and depends on the patient's weight, age, and clinical condition.

Intramuscular administration may be used in certain circumstances, but intravenous administration is preferred.

Children

Kidney
