Clobetasol Propionate

Miconazole

An antifungal agent that treats fungal infections like ringworm and yeast infections.

Neomycin

An antibiotic that combats bacterial infections.

Zinc Sulphate

An astringent that helps dry weeping lesions and may have some antibacterial properties.

Treatment of inflammatory dermatoses complicated by bacterial and/or fungal infections.

Severe eczema, psoriasis, and other inflammatory skin conditions with secondary infections.

Clobetasol propionate suppresses inflammation by binding to intracellular receptors, reducing the release of inflammatory mediators. Miconazole disrupts fungal cell membrane synthesis, leading to fungal cell death. Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, killing bacteria. Zinc sulphate's mechanism in this context is less clearly defined but contributes to drying and potentially some antimicrobial action.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily.

Dosage and duration of treatment should be determined by a physician and should not exceed 2 weeks without medical consultation.

Wash hands thoroughly before and after application.
