Ambroxol

Levocetirizine

An antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itching.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as cough, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, headache, and fever.

Symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis (hay fever).

This combination drug works by targeting multiple symptoms. Ambroxol thins mucus, levocetirizine blocks histamine (reducing allergy symptoms), paracetamol reduces pain and fever, and phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
