Domperidone

An antiemetic that helps relieve nausea and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.

Domperidone acts on dopamine D2 receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the brain, preventing nausea and vomiting. Paracetamol inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis and alleviating pain and fever.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Patients with impaired kidney function may require dose adjustment. Consult a doctor.



Liver

Patients with impaired liver function should use this medication with caution. Consult a doctor, especially regarding paracetamol component.
