Nateglinide

Natefine 120mg Tablet (Nateglinide) helps your body produce more insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps your body use glucose (sugar) for energy.

Store nateglinide at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.

The dose of nateglinide will vary depending on your individual needs.

It is typically taken 1-2 times a day, right before meals.

Do not take nateglinide if you are not eating.

Your doctor will tell you how much nateglinide to take and how often.

Common side effects include low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), stomach upset, and headache.

More serious side effects are rare but can occur.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can affect your blood sugar levels. Talk to your doctor about how much alcohol is safe for you to consume.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Nateglinide can cause low blood sugar, which may affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Nateglinide is not recommended for pregnant women. It is not known if nateglinide passes into breast milk.



Children

Nateglinide is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

Liver
