Natadol P Tab (Tapentadol + Paracetamol) works by combining the pain-relieving effects of both medications. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are involved in inflammation and pain signaling.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of Tapentadol + Paracetamol will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and the severity of your pain.

It is typically taken by mouth with or without food.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Do not stop taking the medication abruptly without consulting your doctor.

While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause drowsiness, dizziness, and impaired judgment. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Talk to your doctor before taking Tapentadol + Paracetamol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. This medication may pass into breast milk and could harm a nursing infant.



Children

This medication is not recommended for use in children under the age of 18 years.



Kidney

If you have kidney problems, your doctor may need to adjust your dosage or monitor you closely for side effects.



Liver

If you have liver problems, you should not take Tapentadol + Paracetamol as it can cause further liver damage.
