It’s crucial to follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and instructions carefully. This combination medication carries potential side effects including drowsiness, dizziness, and constipation. Ingredients of Narcodol Tab

    Domperidone

An antiemetic (prevents nausea and vomiting) and prokinetic (increases gut motility) agent.

    Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

    Tramadol

An opioid analgesic (pain reliever) with both opioid and non-opioid mechanisms of action.

Direction for Use of Narcodol Tab

Moderate to severe pain where other analgesics are insufficient.

Nausea and vomiting associated with pain.

    Pain accompanied by fever.

How Narcodol Tab Works

Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and gut, reducing nausea and vomiting and improving gastric emptying. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and reduces pain through unclear mechanisms, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes. Tramadol inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, and also acts as a weak opioid agonist, providing analgesia.

Storage and Handling of Narcodol Tab

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any expired medication.

Dosage of Narcodol Tab

Always follow the prescription provided by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take the medication with or without food, as advised by your doctor.

Safety Consideration or Warnings

    Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. Tramadol, in particular, is not typically recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the benefits clearly outweigh the risks.

Renal impairment may require dose adjustment. Consult your physician.
