Nalidixic Acid Tablets Ip 500 Mg (Nalidixic Acid) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, an enzyme essential for DNA replication and repair. By inhibiting this enzyme, nalidixic acid prevents bacterial growth and ultimately leads to bacterial cell death.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
