Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Dextromethorphan

A cough suppressant (antitussive) that reduces the urge to cough.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, cough, and nasal congestion.

Temporary relief of these symptoms.

Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance released by the body during an allergic reaction. Dextromethorphan acts on the cough center in the brain to suppress the cough reflex. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
