Serdoloc 2mg Tab (Risperidone) is an atypical antipsychotic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain. Dopamine blockade helps manage psychotic symptoms like hallucinations and delusions, while serotonin modulation helps reduce negative symptoms and improve mood.
