Mometasone Furoate

A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching.

Salicylic Acid

A keratolytic agent that helps to soften and remove scales and plaques from the skin.

Treatment of plaque psoriasis

Treatment of eczema (atopic dermatitis) in adults and children (age 2 and older) when topical corticosteroids are appropriate

Treatment of seborrheic dermatitis

Mometasone furoate, a topical corticosteroid, reduces inflammation by suppressing the release of inflammatory mediators. Salicylic acid, a keratolytic agent, helps to loosen and shed the thickened, scaly skin characteristic of these conditions, allowing for better penetration of the corticosteroid.

Store at room temperature (20°C to 25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin film to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your physician.

Wash and dry the affected area before application.

Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds unless directed by physician.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes.

Children

Use only as directed by your physician. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age for eczema.
