Atorvastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol production in the liver, leading to reduced LDL cholesterol ('bad' cholesterol) and increased HDL cholesterol ('good' cholesterol). S-Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking the entry of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells, resulting in vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after its expiry date.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and health status.

Typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets. Swallow them whole with water.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

Kidney

Dosage adjustments may be necessary in patients with kidney disease.



Liver

Regular liver function tests may be required, particularly during initial treatment. Caution is needed in patients with liver disease.
