Ketorolac Tromethamine

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Moxifloxacin

A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that fights bacterial infections.

Treatment of moderate to severe pain associated with inflammation, often postsurgical or post-traumatic.

Treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to moxifloxacin, when a combination of pain relief and antibiotic therapy is deemed necessary by a physician.

Ketorolac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and thus pain and inflammation. Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial DNA replication and cell growth.

Store at controlled room temperature 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be strictly as prescribed by a physician. It varies depending on the individual's condition, weight, and other factors.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Follow instructions for administration (e.g., oral, injection).

Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.

Kidney problems (e.g., decreased urine output, kidney failure)

Gastrointestinal issues (e.g., nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, ulceration)

Central nervous system effects (e.g., dizziness, headache, drowsiness)

Increased risk of bleeding or bruising.

Tendinitis, tendon rupture (with moxifloxacin).

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and liver damage.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery if experiencing dizziness, drowsiness, or other CNS effects.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Use only if the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Safety and efficacy in children have not been established.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
