Domperidone

Tramadol

An opioid analgesic (pain reliever) that works on opioid receptors in the brain and spinal cord.

Moderate to severe pain where paracetamol alone is insufficient.

Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and gut, reducing nausea and vomiting. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes. Tramadol acts on opioid receptors and inhibits norepinephrine and serotonin reuptake, providing analgesia.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
