Chlortalidone

Metoprolol

A beta-blocker that slows down your heart rate and relaxes your blood vessels.

Telmisartan

An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that helps relax your blood vessels and lower your blood pressure.

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)

May be used in patients who have not achieved adequate blood pressure control with other medications.

This combination medication works through multiple pathways to lower blood pressure. Chlortalidone reduces blood volume by increasing urine output. Metoprolol reduces heart rate and contractility, decreasing cardiac output. Telmisartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that constricts blood vessels.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children
