Megapen Inj 1gm (Ampicillin Sodium + Cloxacillin Sodium) are both penicillin-based antibiotics. They work by inhibiting the formation of peptidoglycan, a major component of the bacterial cell wall. This disruption in cell wall synthesis weakens the bacteria and leads to their death.

Store the medication in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not use the medication after the expiry date printed on the label.
