Megaclox Dt Tab (Ampicillin + Cloxacillin) are both beta-lactam antibiotics. They work by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, ultimately leading to bacterial cell death. Cloxacillin's resistance to penicillinase (an enzyme produced by some bacteria) makes it effective against bacteria that are resistant to ampicillin alone. The combination provides broader coverage against a wider range of bacteria.

Store at a controlled room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage is determined by a physician based on the patient's age, weight, infection severity, and kidney function.

Medication should be taken as directed by a healthcare professional.

Usually administered orally, but may be given intravenously or intramuscularly in severe cases.

Complete the entire course of medication, even if symptoms improve, to prevent recurrence of infection.
