Mefenamic Acid

Is the active pharmaceutical ingredient (api).

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), headache, and dental pain.

Treatment of osteoarthritis pain.

Mefrud Mf 50mg Syrup (Mefenamic Acid) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C) in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage varies depending on the indication and patient's condition. Always follow your doctor's prescription or pharmacist's instructions.

Typically taken orally with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.

Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Not recommended during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, and breastfeeding due to potential risks to the fetus or infant. Consult your doctor.



Children

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Renal function monitoring may be necessary.
