Maxgalin Er 150mg Tab (Pregabalin) binds to the α2δ (alpha-2-delta) subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This action reduces the release of neurotransmitters, including substance P and glutamate, that are involved in the transmission of pain signals and seizure activity. This leads to a reduction in pain perception and seizure frequency.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C or 77°F) in a dry place, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication according to your pharmacist’s instructions.
Dosage should be determined by your doctor and adjusted based on individual needs and response.
Pregabalin is typically taken orally, with or without food.
