This medication works by addressing different aspects of cold and flu symptoms: Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, reducing allergy-related symptoms; dextromethorphan reduces coughing by suppressing the cough reflex; guaifenesin thins mucus, aiding in its expulsion; menthol provides a soothing sensation; and phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion by constricting blood vessels.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years old is 15 ml every 4-6 hours as needed.
