Is an antifungal medication that works by inhibiting the growth of malassezia globosa, a fungus that commonly causes dandruff.

Treatment of seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff) of the scalp.

Treatment of pityriasis versicolor (tinea versicolor), a fungal infection that causes lightcolored patches on the skin.

Treatment of fungal infections of the skin, such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis) and jock itch (tinea cruris).

Magidruf Shampoo 100ml (Ketoconazole + Piroctone Olamine) both work by inhibiting the growth of fungi. Ketoconazole disrupts the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. Piroctone Olamine inhibits the growth of Malassezia globosa by interfering with its ability to produce fatty acids, which are essential for its survival.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Apply the medication to the affected area of the scalp twice a day, for 2-4 weeks.

For pityriasis versicolor, apply the medication to the affected areas once or twice a day for 2-4 weeks.

Follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

Skin irritation, redness, itching, or burning.

Dryness or scaling of the skin.

Hair loss.

Allergic reactions, including rash, hives, swelling, and difficulty breathing.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while using this medication, as it may increase the risk of liver damage.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women
