This combination of ingredients works by addressing different symptoms of colds and allergies. Caffeine helps to relieve drowsiness, chlorpheniramine maleate reduces allergy symptoms by blocking histamine, paracetamol relieves pain and reduces fever, and phenylephrine decongests the nasal passages.

Store the medicine in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Adults: Take one to two tablets every four to six hours as needed.

Children: Dosage should be determined by a doctor based on the child's age and weight.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take the medicine with a full glass of water.
