Dapagliflozin works by blocking the SGLT2 protein in the kidneys, preventing the reabsorption of glucose into the bloodstream and increasing its excretion in the urine. Sitagliptin enhances the activity of incretins, hormones that stimulate insulin release and suppress glucagon secretion, leading to improved glycemic control.
Store at room temperature below 30°C (86°F). Protect from moisture.

Typically taken once daily, with or without food.
Genitourinary infections (e.g., urinary tract infections, yeast infections)
