Pantoprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces stomach acid production.

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with associated symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux.

Relief of symptoms associated with peptic ulcers (in conjunction with other therapies as directed by a physician).

Treatment of dyspepsia (indigestion) with associated symptoms like bloating and upper abdominal discomfort when related to acid reflux (in conjunction with other therapies as directed by a physician).

Domperidone accelerates gastric emptying and improves esophageal motility, relieving symptoms related to delayed gastric emptying. Pantoprazole inhibits the gastric acid pump (H+/K+-ATPase), significantly reducing the secretion of stomach acid. The combination targets both the symptom of delayed gastric emptying and the underlying cause, excess acid production, leading to relief of GERD symptoms.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.
