Maclet 5 Tablet (Letrozole) works by blocking the production of estrogen in the body. Estrogen is a hormone that can help breast cancer cells grow. By reducing estrogen levels, letrozole can help to stop or slow the growth of breast cancer cells.

Store letrozole at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of letrozole will depend on the reason you are taking it.

Your doctor will determine the right dose for you based on your individual needs.

Letrozole is usually taken once a day, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Letrozole is not safe for pregnant women. It can harm an unborn baby. It is also not safe to breastfeed while taking letrozole, as it can pass into breast milk.



Children

Letrozole is not approved for use in children.
