Miconazole

Neomycin

Sulfate an antibiotic that combats bacterial infections.

Treatment of inflammatory dermatoses responsive to corticosteroids complicated by bacterial and/or fungal infections.

Seborrheic dermatitis with secondary infection.

Eczema with secondary infection.

Psoriasis with secondary infection (less common, usually only for shortterm, localized use).

Clobetasol propionate suppresses the inflammatory response by binding to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors, reducing inflammation and itching. Miconazole nitrate inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes, leading to fungal cell death. Neomycin sulfate inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, resulting in bacterial cell death.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.

Apply a thin film to the affected area twice daily.

Do not use on large areas of the body.

Duration of treatment should be determined by the prescribing physician. Generally, it should not exceed two weeks.

Wash hands before and after application.

Burning or stinging sensation at the application site.

Skin thinning (atrophy).

Striae (stretch marks).

Telangiectasia (visible blood vessels).

Acne.

Hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin).

Hypopigmentation (lightening of the skin).

Allergic contact dermatitis.

Skin infections.

Alcohol Consumption

No specific interaction reported, but excessive alcohol consumption may worsen underlying skin conditions.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

Generally does not affect driving or operating machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Use only if clearly needed and under strict medical supervision. Benefits should outweigh potential risks to the fetus or infant.



Children

Use with caution in children, as they are more susceptible to side effects. Use should be limited in duration and area covered.



Kidney

No specific contraindication, but impaired renal function may affect neomycin excretion.



Liver

No specific contraindication, but impaired hepatic function may affect clobetasol metabolism.
