This combination medication works by addressing different symptoms of the common cold and flu. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks histamine, reducing allergic reactions and symptoms like sneezing and runny nose. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever. Phenylephrine shrinks blood vessels in the nose, relieving congestion. Sodium citrate thins mucus, making it easier to cough up. Menthol provides a cooling sensation, further easing congestion and cough.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 6-11 years of age: Take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Children under 6 years of age: Consult your doctor before use.
