Aceclofenac

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Chlorzoxazone

A muscle relaxant that relieves muscle spasms and pain.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as back pain, neck pain, and osteoarthritis.

Treatment of muscle spasms and pain associated with musculoskeletal injuries.

Aceclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing inflammation and pain. Chlorzoxazone acts centrally on the brain and spinal cord to relax muscles. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and reduces pain through a less well-understood mechanism, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase in the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Take the medication with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset.

Children

This medication is generally not recommended for children unless prescribed by a pediatrician.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with kidney disease. Your doctor may need to adjust your dosage.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with liver disease. Your doctor may need to adjust your dosage or order liver function tests.
