Doxofylline works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, while ambroxol thins and loosens mucus in the airways. Together, they help to improve airflow and reduce congestion in the lungs.

The dosage of doxofylline + ambroxol will vary depending on the individual's age, weight, and medical condition.
It is typically taken by mouth, usually two to three times a day.
