Treatment of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in adults and children weighing more than 5 kg.
Artemether rapidly kills the asexual blood stages of the malaria parasite, while lumefantrine acts more slowly to prevent the parasite from replicating. Their combined action provides a broader spectrum of antimalarial activity and helps reduce the risk of resistance development.
Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
