Loteprednol Etabonate

An antibiotic that fights bacterial infections.

Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye) in adults and children 2 years of age and older.

Loteprednol etabonate reduces inflammation in the eye by suppressing the release of chemicals that cause swelling, redness, and itching. Tobramycin kills bacteria that cause infection.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Protect from light and moisture. Do not freeze.

Instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4 hours for the first 2 days.

After the first 2 days, instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 6 to 8 hours.

Continue treatment for the full course prescribed by your doctor, even if your symptoms improve before the end of the treatment period.
