Lioton Gel (Heparin Sodium) is an anticoagulant (blood thinner). It works by inhibiting several clotting factors in the blood, primarily factor Xa and thrombin, thus preventing the formation of blood clots and extending the clotting time.

Store at controlled room temperature (20-25°C/68-77°F) away from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.

Dosage is determined by the physician based on the patient's condition, weight, and other factors.

Heparin Sodium is administered intravenously (IV) or subcutaneously (SC).
