Levocetrizen 10 Tab (Levocetirizine) is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. This means it blocks the action of histamine at H1 receptors, preventing the allergic reaction and its associated symptoms. It does not significantly cross the blood-brain barrier, leading to fewer sedative effects compared to some other antihistamines.
