Lenvabuzz Capsule (Lenvatinib) is a multi-kinase inhibitor. It works by blocking the activity of several different protein kinases, including VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3, PDGFRα, PDGFRβ, KIT, RET, and others. By inhibiting these kinases, lenvatinib interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells, primarily by disrupting blood vessel formation (angiogenesis) that feeds tumors.
Store at room temperature (68-77°F or 20-25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after its expiration date.
Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and health condition.
It's usually taken orally once daily with or without food.
Always follow your doctor's instructions carefully and do not adjust the dosage on your own.
The dosage may need to be adjusted based on side effects or liver and kidney function.

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of side effects. Discuss alcohol intake with your doctor.
Lenvatinib can cause fatigue and dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience these side effects.
Lenvatinib can harm an unborn baby. Avoid becoming pregnant while taking this medication. Use effective birth control. It's not known if lenvatinib passes into breast milk, therefore breastfeeding is not recommended.
The safety and efficacy of lenvatinib in children have not been established.
Kidney function may be affected; your doctor may need to adjust your dose.
