A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.
An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
Relief of moderate to severe pain, such as muscle aches, back pain, headache, toothache, menstrual pain.
Reduction of fever.
Lornoxicam inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, and its pain-relieving mechanism is not fully understood but may involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes in the central nervous system.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Always follow the prescribed dosage and instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.
Gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation)

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and liver damage.
Caution is advised as dizziness or drowsiness may occur.

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
