Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Paracetamol

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that works by narrowing blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

This combination medication works by targeting various symptoms of colds and allergies. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, reducing allergic reactions. Dextromethorphan suppresses coughs. Store at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1-2 tablets or capsules every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets or capsules per day.

Children 6-11 years: Take 1 tablet or capsule every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 tablets or capsules per day.

Do not give this medication to children under 6 years of age without consulting a doctor.
