This combination medication works through multiple mechanisms. Ambroxol thins mucus, making it easier to cough up. Levocetirizine blocks histamine, reducing allergic responses. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by affecting the way the body responds to these sensations. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
