This drug formulation works by combining the actions of its individual components. Levosalbutamol opens up the airways by relaxing the muscles that surround them. Ambroxol and guaifenesin thin the mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Menthol provides a cooling sensation and may help to relieve congestion.
