Domperidone

A dopamine antagonist that helps speed up the movement of food through the stomach and intestines.

Lansoprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and heartburn

Relief of symptoms associated with indigestion, bloating, and nausea

Management of peptic ulcers

Prevention of stress ulcers

Domperidone blocks the action of dopamine in the stomach, which accelerates gastric emptying and reduces nausea and vomiting. Lansoprazole blocks the production of acid in the stomach by inhibiting the hydrogen-potassium adenosine triphosphatase (H+/K+-ATPase) pump, which is responsible for pumping acid into the stomach.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Dosage should be determined by your doctor and may vary depending on your condition and age.

Typically taken once daily, either before meals or at bedtime.

Swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water.

Do not crush or chew the capsules.

Do not stop taking the medication abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may increase the risk of side effects. It is recommended to avoid alcohol while taking this medication.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under the age of 12. Consult your doctor for specific dosage instructions for children.



Kidney

This medication may be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Your doctor may adjust the dosage or monitor your kidney function.



Liver

This medication may be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Your doctor may adjust the dosage or monitor your liver function.
