Domperidone accelerates gastric emptying and intestinal transit by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut. Lansoprazole reduces stomach acid secretion by inhibiting the enzyme H+/K+ ATPase in the parietal cells of the stomach lining. The combination addresses both the motility and acid-related aspects of gastrointestinal disorders.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Increased prolactin levels (can rarely cause galactorrhea, amenorrhea, or gynecomastia)
