- Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2-4 teaspoons (10-20 ml) every 4-6 hours as needed.

- Children 6-12 years: Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) every 4-6 hours as needed.

- Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor before use.
