Cetirizine

Dextromethorphan

A cough suppressant that works by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). it works by reducing the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that helps to shrink the blood vessels in the nose, reducing nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and allergies, such as:

Stuffy nose

Sore throat

This medication combines four active ingredients that work together to alleviate common cold and allergy symptoms. Cetirizine blocks histamine, reducing allergic reactions. Dextromethorphan suppresses cough by acting on the brain. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever. Phenylephrine shrinks nasal blood vessels, relieving congestion.

Store this medication at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The usual adult dosage is one to two tablets every four to six hours as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water.
