Kilfat Tab (Cetilistat) is a pancreatic lipase inhibitor. It works by reducing the absorption of dietary fat in the intestines. By blocking the action of lipase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down fats, cetilistat prevents the digestion and absorption of dietary triglycerides, leading to a reduction in caloric intake and weight loss.
