Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose

A cellulose derivative acting as a binder and viscosity-increasing agent in the formulation. it helps to hold the tablets together and improve their stability.

Ketorolac Tromethamine

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) with potent analgesic (pain-relieving) and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ofloxacin

A fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria. it combats bacterial infections.

Relief of moderate to severe pain associated with inflammation (e.g., musculoskeletal pain, postsurgical pain)

Treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to ofloxacin (e.g., respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections – only when prescribed by a doctor for specific bacterial infection).

Ketorolac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, thus decreasing inflammation and pain. Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial DNA replication and ultimately killing the bacteria. HPMC plays an excipient role without direct pharmacological action.
