Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, leading to bacterial cell death. Ornidazole disrupts DNA synthesis in protozoa and bacteria. Terbinafine inhibits fungal squalene epoxidase, disrupting fungal cell membrane synthesis. Mometasone reduces inflammation by suppressing the release of inflammatory mediators.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
