Clobetasol propionate works by suppressing the immune system's response in the skin, reducing inflammation and itching. Salicylic acid removes excess skin, allowing the clobetasol propionate to penetrate deeper into the skin and work more effectively.
Store the medication in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Apply a thin layer of the medication to the affected area twice daily, as directed by your doctor.
Do not use more than the recommended dosage.
Avoid applying the medication to the face, groin, or underarms unless directed by your doctor.
Do not apply to open wounds or infected areas.
Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medication.
