Kerendia 20mg Tab (Finerenone) is a nonsteroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA). It selectively blocks the binding of aldosterone to the mineralocorticoid receptor in the kidneys and other tissues. This action reduces albuminuria (protein in the urine), protects against kidney damage, and improves cardiovascular outcomes by reducing blood pressure and inflammation.

Store at room temperature (20°C-25°C). Protect from moisture and light.

The recommended starting dose is usually 10 mg once daily.

Dosage may be adjusted based on individual patient needs and response, as determined by a physician.

Take the medication as directed by your doctor. Do not stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

Hyperkalemia (high potassium levels in blood)

Children

Kidney

Use with caution in patients with impaired kidney function. Close monitoring of potassium levels is essential.
