This triple-combination cream works synergistically. Hydroquinone reduces melanin production, lessening hyperpigmentation. Mometasone furoate reduces inflammation, redness, and acne lesions. Tretinoin increases cell turnover, improving skin texture and reducing wrinkles, while also potentially enhancing the penetration and efficacy of hydroquinone.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard if the cream changes color or consistency.
Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your dermatologist.

Use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher during the day, as this combination can increase sun sensitivity.
